Our prime manufcaturing facility, based in Vapi (Gujarat) is typically stretched over an expanse of nearly 90,000+ Sq. Ft. The entire unit is vertically integrated, fully equipped with modern machineries at every aspect of production, from cutting to packaging all being executed under one roof.
We have a capactiy to produce and export 250,000+ units of garments a month. Our skilled workforce provides you the best quality of products. We have in-house laundry and finishing facilities ensuring full control of our work process.
We also have long term and strong partnership with nominated embroiders, washing facilities that ensure smooth functioning of bulk production.
Skilled Technicians
We have an advanced system of pattern making, grading and cutting. Our skilled technicians operate on Gemini and Gerber CAD facilities to ensure flawless shapes and precision in measurements. Also in an inhouse range of international standard size mannequins allow us to check the fits and fall of every garment.

Design & Development: 10 -14 days with all necessary information (fabric and trims in hand)
Bulk production: 30-45 days / Fashion | 40-60 days (dependent on style)
